Managers are only allowed a maximum three players from one Premier League team, so this week we’ll be giving our top tips rather than our ins and outs.

So here at talkSPORT.com we’ve picked out the players you should be looking at, featuring some fresh faces as well as trusty old favourites.

In: Bernardo Silva (Manchester City) – £7.8m

Arguably one of the most in-form players in the Premier League, the Portuguese right winger has been making fools of defenders and he could do it again on the final weekend.

He will have a tough opponent in Brighton youngster Bernardo, who has plenty of potential to improve with the Seagulls but Silva should have the upper hand, especially with the Premier League title on the line.

In: Ryan Fraser (Bournemouth) – £6.3m

The Scottish attacking midfielder could well be playing in his last game for the Cherries this weekend.

Fraser will take on Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park knowing he has just one year left on his current contract and could well be sold off with his value high after an excellent season.

Arsenal, reportedly, are keen and the 25-year-old could well put on a show.

In: Lucas Moura (Tottenham Hotspur) – £6.8m

How do you follow his Champions League heroics in midweek? Well, by making sure Spurs are in the competition next year with goals and assists against Everton.

There is a chance he could get a rest, so we do urge caution, but given the club’s injury worries we doubt Lucas will get one. Unless Mauricio Pochettino decides it’s time for Vincent Janssen to shine at their new stadium.

In: Salomon Rondon (Newcastle United) – £5.9m

In the final game of his loan spell at St James’ Park, Rondon is still playing for his future despite winning the club’s Player of the Year award.

If Benitez stays, he could well sign up the Venezuelan star but until then he has just one more match.

Luckily for him it’s against Fulham who, despite some recent wins, have a poor defence and may not be able to handle his physical presence.

In: Nathan Redmond (Southampton) – £5.5m

The Saint is wildly erratic when it comes to form but Ralph Hasenhuttl’s improved side could well be up for it against relegated Huddersfield.

The Terriers had their swan song against Manchester United so we don’t expect them to put up much of a fight and the English attacker could take advantage.

In: Gylfi Sigurdsson (Everton) – £7.4m

You might think the Toffees have nothing to play for but the Icelandic international is looking to do himself proud against former club Tottenham on Sunday.

The midfield was sold off by Spurs and he may have looked at their Champions League heroics with a pang of regret given he played alongside some of their current stars.

Travelling to their new stadium with the chance of giving Arsenal a shock fourth place finish might get him going too. He’s wildcard but one you might need on the final weekend.
