Norwich look all set to return to the Premier League, with Daniel Farke’s men seven points clear of third place Sheffield United thanks to a 1-0 win at Middlesbrough at the weekend.

The club are also five points clear of nearest challengers Leeds, who came from behind twice to get the better of Millwall in a five-goal thriller at Elland Road.

Pablo Hernandez and Leeds look to be heading for the Premier League

Aston Villa’s resurgence continues after a fifth straight win saw them consolidate their play-off spot, while Boro’s battle for a top six spot continues to dwindle after their fifth successive defeat at the hands of Bristol City on Tuesday night.

At the bottom Reading picked up a valuable win over in-form Preston to ease their relegation worries, while QPR continue to look over their shoulder after a disappointing 2-1 defeat at home to fellow strugglers Bolton.

The Rs – who axed Steve McClaren on Monday after less than 11 months in charge – have won just one of their last 15 league games and lie eight points above the drop zone with seven games remaining.

Predicting how the campaign will end is a fool’s errand, so we’ve fired up talkSPORT.com’s trusty Super Computer once again to have its say on the 2018/19 Championship season and final standings.

You can see the results below…
